Production, stores and accounts were tracked in separate registers and spreadsheets. Stock figures never matched, and management reports took days to prepare.

A phased manufacturing ERP covering purchase, stores, BOM and work orders, quality and dispatch, synchronized with Tally for accounts. Rolled out module by module across two units.
