Government fees are fixed by IP India and paid per class. Our professional fee is one-time per application. GST applies only to our charges.

Government fees per IP India First Schedule (Form TM-A, e-filing), verified 2026-09-16. Objection replies, hearings and oppositions are quoted separately unless covered by the retainer.
Process
We search the IP India register for conflicting marks and confirm the right classes for your goods or services.
You receive a proforma invoice with government and professional fees, and Form TM-48 (Power of Attorney) for signature.
We e-file the application and share the application number and acknowledgement — you can use ™ immediately.
We respond to examination reports and represent you at hearings if the Registry raises objections.
After the journal publication period, the certificate is issued and you can use ®. We track renewals every 10 years.
