Two ways in
Businesses describe the work once. Professionals enrol once. We do the matching in between — by hand.
Who we enrol
We only enrol work we understand well enough to judge, because we deliver the same work ourselves. A profile outside these is declined at review and the fee refunded.
Building and maintaining applications, websites, APIs and integrations.

How it works
Reviewed by people, not by an algorithm — which is slower, and the reason the shortlist is short.
Enrol with your skills, experience and hourly rate.
We review the profile and verify your details.
We introduce you when a requirement matches.
Agree scope and rate directly with the client.
Pricing
The same enrolment fee for freelancers and clients, and the same commission on each side. No monthly charge and no fee per proposal.
One-time enrolment
₹1,200+ 18% GST
or $10 outside India
Commission
3%from each side
only on work billed through the platform
3% is deducted from the freelancer’s payout and 3% added to the client’s payment. Nothing is deducted on work that is never billed.
Internships
Internships run on their own terms: ₹1,444 for the candidate and ₹1,444 for the company, each covering 4 months. Any stipend is paid by the company straight to the intern — we take no commission on it.
Questions
Still unsure? Ask us at gm@mindwareinfotech.com before paying anything — we would rather answer a question than refund a fee.
Need a managed team instead?
Take engineers from our own bench — developers on hourly hire, with one company accountable for delivery.
A one-time ₹1,200 + GST (or $10 outside India) to create and verify your account, review your profile and keep you in the pool we shortlist from. It is charged once, not per project, and it is the same amount for freelancers and for clients.
Technology with a human touch — and work for everyone who wants it. Our aim is to become India’s number one name for jobs and internships, and for web development and cyber security alongside them. We are not there yet: we are working towards it, and we would rather say so plainly than claim otherwise.

Why bill through us
A record both sides can rely on.
The client knows what was agreed and billed; the freelancer has an invoice trail and someone to escalate to if payment stalls. Work agreed off-platform is between the two of you.
Enrolling does not guarantee work or a hire.
