Enrolling does not guarantee that you will get work or find someone. The fee covers creating and reviewing your account and keeping you in the pool we shortlist from. Whether an engagement follows depends on the requirements that come in, on skills and rate, and on the other side’s decision. We would rather say so here than after you have paid.
Who we enrol
We only enrol work we understand well enough to judge, because we deliver the same work ourselves. A profile outside these is declined at review and the fee refunded.

What it costs
The same enrolment fee for freelancers and clients, and the same commission on each side. Paid on the form at submission. There is no monthly charge and no fee per proposal.

Commission
3%
from each side, on billed work
3% is deducted from the freelancer’s payout and 3% from the client’s payment when work is billed through the platform. Nothing is deducted on work that is never billed.
Why pay through the platform
It gives both sides a record: the client knows what was agreed and what was billed, and the freelancer has an invoice trail and somebody to escalate to if payment stalls.
Work you agree off-platform is strictly between the two of you, and we cannot help if it goes wrong.
How it works
Reviewed by people, not by an algorithm — which is slower, and the reason the shortlist is short.
Internships
Internships run on their own terms: ₹1,444 for the candidate and ₹1,444 for the company, each covering 4 months, and any stipend paid by the company straight to the intern. We take no commission on internship stipends.

We are not there yet: we are working towards it, and we would rather say so plainly than claim otherwise.
