An internship inside India may be paid or unpaid — that is for the company and the candidate to agree between themselves.
An internship outside India must be paid. A stipend is compulsory on every overseas placement, and a posting without one will not be listed.
Whatever is agreed must comply with the applicable laws of the Government of India, including rules on stipends, working hours, minimum age and workplace safety. We urge both parties to follow them.
Both parties must verify each other’s credentials independently — identity, registration, qualifications and references — before committing to anything.
Mindware Infotech introduces the two parties and takes no part in what follows. We are not responsible for any cheating, fraud, misrepresentation, non-payment, dispute or other mishap arising between them.
Never pay money to the other party to secure an internship, and never share bank, OTP or identity documents with anyone you have not verified.

Declaration — both parties must accept

I will not use this platform for any unlawful purpose, fraud, cheating, misrepresentation or any activity prohibited by law.
I understand this platform is an introduction service only. Nothing on it is to be interpreted as an offer, a guarantee, a recommendation, an endorsement, or a contract between Mindware Infotech and either party.
It is my own responsibility to verify the other party’s credentials — identity, registration, qualifications, references and anything else material — before committing to anything or parting with money.
Any engagement, payment, stipend, offer or agreement is strictly between me and the other party. Mindware Infotech is not responsible for any loss, dispute, non-payment, fraud or other mishap arising between us.
The information I have given here is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge.

The platform fee is compulsory for both sides — the candidate and the company offering the internship.
This payment covers 4 months of access from the day you pay, whatever the length of the internship. Using the platform again after that means paying the same amount again for the next window. Once you have an internship, that window is finished: looking for another one is a new payment.
No commission on the stipend. The company pays the intern directly; we take nothing from it.
Paying does not guarantee an internship or a candidate. It lists you to the other side. Whether anything follows depends on what comes in, and on their decision. Refunded in full if we cannot list you at all.
