Both parties must verify each other’s credentials independently — identity, registration, qualifications and references — before committing to anything.
Mindware Infotech introduces the two parties and takes no part in what follows. We are not responsible for any cheating, fraud, misrepresentation, non-payment, dispute or other mishap arising between them.

Any engagement, payment, stipend, offer or agreement is strictly between me and the other party. Mindware Infotech is not responsible for any loss, dispute, non-payment, fraud or other mishap arising between us.

The platform fee is compulsory for both sides — the candidate and the company offering the internship.
This payment covers 4 months of access from the day you pay, whatever the length of the internship. It includes 4 introductions — four candidates put in front of you; once they are used up, or the 4 months are over, the next one means paying again.
No commission on the stipend. The company pays the intern directly; we take nothing from it.
Paying does not guarantee an internship or a candidate. It lists you to the other side. Whether anything follows depends on what comes in, and on their decision. Refunded in full if we cannot list you at all.

I have also read the terms above: any stipend is agreed between the two parties under Government of India rules, both sides verify each other, and Mindware is not responsible for any fraud or dispute between them.
