Every internship outside India must be paid — a stipend is compulsory on an overseas placement and a posting without one is not listed. What the stipend is, is agreed between you and the company; Mindware takes no commission on it.

No. It lists you to companies hiring in Canada and puts your profile in front of them. Whether you are selected depends on the openings at the time, your profile and the company's own decision. If we cannot list you at all, the fee is refunded in full.

Yes, if the company offers one. The form asks for your preferred mode — remote, on-site or hybrid — and it is one of the things we match on, so you are not introduced to an on-site posting in a city you cannot reach.
