Offshore development your procurement team can sign off.
We build software for companies and public-sector organisations outside India — from New Delhi, in your working hours, on your tooling, under contracts that assign the intellectual property to you and hold up to a compliance review.
Time-zone overlap, language, connectivity and regulation differ by region — and they change what gets engineered, not just how it is sold. What that means in practice, region by region.

Near-full working day — IST is 1.5 hours ahead of GST
The closest major market to our delivery centre: a Gulf working day and an Indian working day are effectively the same day, so stand-ups, reviews and escalations happen live rather than overnight. Arabic-language interfaces and right-to-left layouts are handled in-product, and invoicing is issued in AED, SAR or USD.

Four to seven hours of shared working time
Systems built for intermittent connectivity, mobile-first usage and low-bandwidth conditions — offline-capable field apps that sync when a connection returns, and interfaces that stay usable on entry-level Android devices. Mobile money and local payment gateway integration where the product needs it.

Four to five hours, with a full European morning handover
GDPR is treated as an engineering requirement rather than a policy document: data minimisation, retention rules, subject-access and deletion paths designed into the schema. EU or UK data residency where the contract requires it, and a data processing agreement alongside the master services agreement.
United States & Canada

Structured overlap — our afternoon meets the US morning
Teams work a shifted day so there is live overlap with US Eastern and Central hours for stand-ups and demos, with asynchronous written updates covering the rest. Engagements run on your tooling — your repository, your board, your CI — so progress is visible without waiting for a status call.

Shifted-hours overlap with the LatAm morning
Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese interfaces, local tax and invoicing rules modelled properly rather than bolted on, and integration with regional payment methods. Delivery runs on a shifted roster so there is a live window with the client team every working day.

Substantial to full overlap across the region
Close time-zone alignment makes APAC engagements the easiest to run collaboratively, with same-day turnaround on review cycles. Multi-currency and multi-entity requirements are common here and are designed in from the start.
Engagement models
Contract the way your budget works.
Tendered public-sector work and an evolving product need different commercial structures. We work in all four, and will say which one actually suits your requirement rather than the one that suits us.
Fixed price, fixed scope
A defined specification, a fixed price and a delivery schedule with milestone acceptance. Change requests are priced separately so the baseline stays meaningful.
Best forTendered work and budgets that must be committed upfront
Time & materials
Billed against logged, reviewable hours at agreed rates, with a monthly cap where you need one. Scope can change without renegotiating the contract.
Best forEvolving products and discovery-led work
Dedicated offshore team
A named team working only on your product, in your tooling and your process, billed monthly per role. You direct the work; we handle employment, replacement and continuity.
Best forSustained roadmaps and extending an in-house team
Build–operate–transfer
We build and run the team and the systems, then transfer both — people, code, documentation and infrastructure — to your own entity on an agreed date and price.
Best forOrganisations planning their own offshore centre
Before you award the work
The questions procurement asks, answered.
Ownership, confidentiality, data protection, security, contracting and support — the six things that decide whether offshore development is approved, set out before you have to ask.
You own the code
Intellectual property in everything we write is assigned to you on payment, stated in the contract. Source code, documentation, build scripts and infrastructure definitions are handed over — not held as leverage.
Confidentiality before scoping
A mutual NDA is signed before requirements are discussed, not after. Access to your systems and data is role-based, logged and limited to the named team on your engagement.
Data protection by design
GDPR-aligned handling with a data processing agreement where applicable, data residency in the region your contract requires, and retention and deletion paths built into the system rather than promised in a policy.
Security tested, not assumed
Our own security practice runs vulnerability assessment and penetration testing against what we build, so the system you accept has been tested before it goes live — and can be re-tested on your schedule.
Contracting that fits procurement
Master services agreement with per-project statements of work, milestone acceptance criteria, agreed SLAs and defined escalation. Invoicing in USD, EUR, GBP, AED or INR with the documentation your finance team needs.
Support after handover
Warranty on delivered work, then an annual support and maintenance agreement with response and resolution targets. The team that built the system is the team that supports it.
How it starts
From first call to signed contract.
Nobody awards offshore development on a pitch. The first commitment we ask for is small and paid, so you judge the team on work you can inspect.
01
NDA and a conversation
A mutual NDA, then a call in your working hours to understand the requirement, the constraints and the deadline that matters.
02
Written proposal
Scope, approach, architecture, team composition, timeline, assumptions and a commercial quotation — in writing, with the exclusions stated plainly.
03
Paid pilot or first milestone
A small, priced piece of real work before the full commitment, so you evaluate the team on delivered output rather than on a pitch.
04
Contract and kick-off
MSA and statement of work signed, accesses provisioned, tooling agreed, and a delivery cadence with fixed demo and reporting dates.
05
Delivery in your tooling
Work happens in your repository and board with written updates on an agreed rhythm, so progress is inspectable at any time without a status meeting.
06
Acceptance, handover, support
Milestone acceptance against agreed criteria, full handover of code and documentation, then warranty and a support agreement.
