Comprehensive covers labour, visits and all spare parts including print heads. Non-comprehensive covers labour and visits; parts and print heads are billed at actuals when needed.

Do you supply labels and ribbons with the AMC?

Yes. The consumables-inclusive plan bundles an agreed supply of die-cut labels and thermal transfer ribbons — both manufactured by Mindware — with your service contract, delivered on schedule.

Do you make labels and ribbons yourselves?

Yes. Mindware manufactures die-cut barcode labels (chromo, thermal, polyester, vinyl, tags — any size) and thermal transfer ribbons (wax, wax-resin, resin, near-edge) under the Mynds brand, matched to your printer.

Is on-site service available outside Delhi NCR?

Yes — on-site in Delhi NCR, and remote diagnosis with courier / depot repair and replacement printers across India. Multi-location contracts include scheduled visits.
